Product Support Specialist

(Bilingual – located in Toronto or Montreal)

Fluke Electronics Canada LP (FEC) is looking for a talented Product Support Specialist to work in a fast-paced, innovative and team oriented environment. The successful candidate will act as an interface between customer, sales, management and factory, provide specialized technical assistance and deliver presentations to our customers.

Primary functions include:

Prepare and deliver technology and product seminars in both English and French.

Provide technical information, resolve problems and advise on the suitability of products for specific applications.

Assist sales personnel with lead qualification as required.

Develop and deliver product training programs for sales personnel and distributors.

Provide pre and post sales applications support.

Assist with new product introduction programs.

Develop and implement standard product demonstrations.

Deliver customer product demonstrations as required.

Participate in trade shows, conferences and distributor meetings as required.

Successful applicants will possess relevant qualifications in Electrical or Electronic engineering with extensive industry and applications knowledge and at least five years experience in the industry.  Applicant must be fluent in English and French, both written and oral.
