BILINGUAL INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description:
Following general supervision, provide qualified appointments for the field sales force to build the revenue pipeline through outbound phone calls and emails.

 

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
• Develop qualified appointments through outbound prospecting with limited assistance from team members. Typically up to 100 outbound calls & 30 emails per day are required to achieve goals.
• Prospect for new business utilizing both company provided leads as well as from external resources
• Extensive cold calling to large enterprises
• Develop prospects generated by marketing programs, from the
CRM database and from researching purchased lists and databases.
• Document all contact attempts and conversations in
CRM system.
• Assist in providing application, pre-sale, and competitive information on designated Fluke Networks products.
• Work with field sales team to promote product and marketing programs.
• Good working knowledge of products, industry, and customers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal communication and writing skills are required to interact with customers, other employees and management; requires the ability to anticipate and solve problems.
• Ability to make 100 prospecting calls and 30 emails each day.
• Ability to interact with a variety of people at all levels both internally and externally
• Ability to communicate technical information to facilitate sales opportunities with customers.
• Complex problem solving skills - Define customer problems and determine solutions in order to drive revenue for the company
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with reasonable supervision
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,
CRM systems.


Qualifications and Education:
• Demonstrate both personal integrity and the ability to exercise good judgment
• Previous business to business, telesales and marketing experience with technical products. Networking equipment, computer, and software would be a plus.
• Demonstrated successful track record selling or generating leads for technical products over the phone.
• Technical background and one to three years related inside telesales or telemarketing experience with technical products.

• Bilingual, both oral and written, in English and French a must.
